		<description>I love this post.  It's incentive to take my guitar out of its case more often instead of letting it sit for months between spurts of motivation.  And it gives me something to look forward to when my keyboard comes out of storage even though my paino skills are still very limited.  Thanks for sharing it.

I would have guessed (based on your posts) that you would have fallen into the other camp--the one filled with people who remember every freakin' thing they've ever learned or studied.  Those people intimidate me...or maybe they just annoy me.  Hell, I barely remember actually ATTENDING school, let alone what I was TAUGHT.  That dreaded knot of burden over something I 'should' be doing, but am not?  Unfortunately, I'm VERY familiar with that feeling.  Sounds like your piano teacher gave you some sage advice.</description>
