		<description>Proverbial other shoe?  Was that a shoe?  I didn't know that shoes could hurt so much when they smacked you in the face.  I think that it had an anvil attached to it.  

By the way, after watching the grace, patience and courage (not to mention restraint) you've shown in the past two years, it's safe to say that yes, you two have some physical and emotional similarities, but it ends there. If you'd asked him where the "truth door" was, he probably couldn't even find it.  But you found it, knocked on it, and went right on in.

		<description>It's a sad truth that it's the mothers of the world who get most of the attention and love growing up.  Dads frequently have an up and down relationship with their children, especially with sons.  I know daughters have their own issues with their fathers.  I think it's when we get a little older that we finally appreciate what our fathers brought to us in our upbringing.</description>
