I just read your "searches, we got searches" post, which i always love, and which made me laugh out loud (and not just how people say LOL, but for reals) several times, and then i read this post, and i just wanted to share that someone found my blog by googling the phrase "parker posey tuna salad," which is so beyond strange to me i don't even know what to make of it.

you rock and xoxo.

Meeting you was so enjoyable! And it puts down the rumor forever that a blogger is only interesting and fun on the page, and not in real life. And, I know you'll hate me for saying this, but you were pretty hot, too!

(Hi, BF, now that I know you read this blog. I'm sure you'll agree!)

Having spent some time in OKC and Ada, I can only imagine (and I say this having really, really enjoyed Ada, OK, which would probably be a great city for the SCD given how fond they are of meat and meat products).

Have you asked your friendly Wild Oats folks to order it for you? Because often, they're good like that.

Of course, it's pretty easy just to order it online. Either that, or just wait till your next trip to a major metropolis.

I have been looking for anchovy paste here in the sophisticated city that is Tulsa for weeks now, to no avail! I COULD probably go to Williams Sonoma and get it, but our store is way off the beaten path for me. It wasn't even at WILD OATS, which really surprised me!

At any rate, I use anchovy paste for ceasar salad dressing and for puttanesca sauce. This recipe is absolutely LOVELY. I just need to get online and order some dern tiny-fish-paste, because now I've got THREE good recipes that demand it!
