Have you asked your friendly Wild Oats folks to order it for you? Because often, they're good like that. Of course, it's pretty easy just to order it online. Either that, or just wait till your next trip to a major metropolis. Having spent some time in OKC and Ada, I can only imagine (and I say this having really, really enjoyed Ada, OK, which would probably be a great city for the SCD given how fond they are of meat and meat products).

I COULD probably go to Williams Sonoma and get it, but our store is way off the beaten path for me. It wasn't even at WILD OATS, which really surprised me! At any rate, I use anchovy paste for ceasar salad dressing and for puttanesca sauce. This recipe is absolutely LOVELY.
