Cleaning My Damned Apartment, Day 8: URL fire sale!

eat at url's

Since today was laundry day, I felt like I could slack off a little on the physical inroads to cleanliness.

But since I’ve got the bug and my electronic digs could always stand some de-cluttering, and in no small part because I hate greedy, slimesucking pigs who sit on URLs trying to extract a fee from hapless, would-be eNtrepreneurs, I’m offering up the following URLs FREE FREE FREE to anyone who meets the following criteria:

1. You must use the URL within one year.

2. You must email me when you’ve got something up so I can bask in reflected glory.

3. You must walk me through the transfer.

Heeeeeere they are!

I mostly just want beaneyes.com so that I can write the story of a little boy who was born with beans for eyes. Lima beans, probably. And all the kids in the village taunt him, “Bean Eyes! Bean Eyes! You have bean eyes!”

But then, during a drought, when all the crops are dying, Bean Eyes is so sad that he cries and cries, and the lima beans in his eyes grow and are bountiful. And then the village gathers ’round and eats his bean eyes.

Okay, I think it’s best I don’t get that URL…

Oh, I sooooooo support Jenny and her desire (however fleeting) to write about the little boy with beans for eyes.

Good for you, having this sale.

Oh, damn, if it was only TheElectricSlideFactory.com!

OMG, jenny, you MUST write about the little boy with beans for eyes! Do it! Get the url!

I just have a feeling that the bean eye boy’s story could be epic, along the lines of East of Eden.

And Colleen, I love this idea of url cleaning house.

Colleen, I basically just think you ROCK!

oh and p.s. I had “www.spiritweek.com” parked for a year or two several years back…ended up not using it, so i let it expire…almost IMMEDIATELY one of those search pages took it over! I was so sad!
