Hypn07, Day 30: With a whisper, not a bang
This covers day 30 of 30 for the Hypnotherapy Project, which I’m collaborating on with Los Angeles-based hypnotherapist Greg Beckett. You can read more about this experiment, what motivated it and what we hope to accomplish here; you can read all of the entries in chronological order here.
like butterfly wings
that create the breeze
that releases the wheel
the statue
the equation
the story
or the love inside hearts
that really moves mountains
sometimes the ending
comes quietly
but it is no less extraordinary
for coming without fanfare
or parades
or exclamation points
or punctuation
of any kind
except maybe
ellipses
if the end
is really the beginning
then maybe ellipses
are the only way to go…

What an amazing experience you’ve gone through. I appreciate you writing this for us… and for you. At times it was difficult to understand where you were coming from, because we were coming in as outsiders not directly there. I would love it if you could write one more post recapping what you learned, which might make it easier for all of us to go back and read everything again.

This series was one of the most fascinating things I’ve read online. Thanks for letting us all follow along. I have to say I’m sad to see it’s all over!

I agree, thanks for sharing this with us! I also agree with Neil, I would love a recap, especially of your subpersonalities.

I’ve enjoyed reading about this inner journey that you’ve taken. This was a wonderful beginning to the ending.
