That usually does the trick. A coupla, "What the hell am I thinking?"'s, and "Jezuz, cut the bullshi*!"'s can do wonders, too, when it's the oh-woe-is-me kind, but your situation feels a bit different. I'd recommend rest (sounds like you're gettin' some), Steffy's prescription ('cause life's better when you're gettin' some), and then get yourself some inspiration. Browse some videos at TED.com, keep meditating/hypnotizing, or however you plug into some uplifting vibes, and receive. That should do the trick. A good, hard—and fast—slap on my own face. That usually does the trick.

I am not talking about the ordinary couples sex either. I mean the toe curling, back arching, scream out loud fantasy role playing kind. The kind you don't want your mother knowing you actually have. Yep...that works for me. Give it a try sometime C. A great place to start is on a deserted island with a beautiful secluded lagoon..and dolphins swimming near by.
